Listing your spaces and receiving requests is free. When a lease is signed through Shace, we invoice a one-time commission of 7% of the first year's rent. There are no subscriptions or hidden fees.

Does my tenant pay anything to Shace?

No. Renting an office through Shace is free for the tenant. Any additional costs may apply when choosing add-on services.
